Plain-language service scope

Clear responsibilities before work begins.

These public terms explain the operating principles behind SignalDeskHQ. A signed proposal or service agreement remains the controlling commercial document for a specific engagement.

Property information

Owners are responsible for providing accurate, current property facts, listing links, availability context, house rules and operating constraints. SignalDeskHQ will label assumptions and missing information rather than silently inventing them.

Owner approvals

Pricing exceptions, refunds, sensitive guest requests, policy changes, account changes and booking commitments remain owner-approved unless a separate written operating rule has been agreed.

Service boundaries

SignalDeskHQ provides the digital and operating layer defined in the agreed scope. Cleaning, maintenance, physical inspections, on-site management, legal advice, tax advice and emergency response are excluded unless separately contracted.

Revenue and performance

Any revenue, occupancy or readiness output is indicative and depends on property quality, location, pricing, seasonality, regulation, demand and execution. SignalDeskHQ does not guarantee income, occupancy, platform ranking or reviews.

Messaging and integrations

Guest messaging, calendar write-back, payments and OTA actions are only activated through approved providers, permissions, templates, monitoring and fallback controls. Public website copy does not create an obligation to enable unsupported automation.

Changes and termination

Either party may request a scope review when the property, channels, operating model or risk profile changes. Commercial terms, deliverables, notice periods and termination rights are confirmed in the applicable proposal or agreement.

Before committing

Review the property, operating scope and approval model together.
